Reports To : Director of Rehabilitation Services

Salary : $24.63 - $35.91 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

SUMMARY : Provides athletic training services to athletes on an ongoing basis under the direction of a primary physician as defined by Minnesota Statutes. Works with local schools / communities and various providers on development of sports medicine program.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

Masters or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited professional Athletic Training Program Must be a Board Certified Athletic Trainer.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Current MN license. Current CPR certification. BLS HCP and Heartsaver Instructor Certification.
