Connoisseur Media - Lincoln is looking for a difference maker to join the 106-3 KFRX brand team as an On-Air Personality in our vibrant, fast-paced college market . This is your chance to lead the charge on a high-energy morning show while also shaping the digital voice of our entire station cluster as our Social Media Captain .

We're looking for someone who thrives on connection-whether it's engaging listeners on-air, sparking conversations on social media, or bringing the energy live at community and station events . If you love creating unique, meaningful content and know how to take fun seriously , this is the opportunity for you.

Responsibilities include :

Hosting a fast-paced, high-energy morning show on KFRX.
Engaging with listeners via calls, texts, emails, and social media.
Appearing live at remote broadcasts and community events.
Daily morning show prep, planning, content creation, and delivery.
Commercial voicework and production.
Operating the control board and audio software.
Following FCC regulations, station, and company policies.
Collaborating with Promotions and Sales to create unforgettable campaigns.
Leading social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and brand storytelling across all cluster platforms.

Requirements include :

Minimum of one year on-air experience.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience with Google products / programs.

Proficiency in audio editing software and broadcast equipment.

Team player mindset with the ability to work well across all departments.

Strong listener interaction and audience connection skills.

Creativity, innovation, and a strong work ethic.

Valid driver's license and fully insured personal vehicle.

Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following :

Prior broadcast industry experience.
