Position Summary
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Area Managers will serve as the point of contact and provide direction to personnel. Area Manager needed in the Grand Rapids.
- Evening position 3 : 30PM-12 : 30AM Monday-Friday with on-call rotation on weekends.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage employees at their designated locationsCommunicating job expectations, monitoring, coaching, developing, training employeesEnforcement of policies, procedures, and productivity standardsEstablish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomesBuild and cultivate employee morale, motivation, and loyaltyMeasure performance compliance and requirements and directs appropriate actions by personnel to maintain performance at or above required levelsManages allocated budgeted hours vs. worked hours. Daily management of staffing needs for designated territory : absences, monitors turnover, and employee relocationParticipates in employee concerns; reporting, follow up, investigating and disciplinary process and display the ability to apply solutions to resolve issues and / or manage conflictCapability to effectively use time managementRequired Qualifications :
