Daily management of staffing needs for designated territory : absences, monitors turnover, and employee relocation Participates in employee concerns; reporting, follow up, investigating and disciplinary process and display the ability to apply solutions to resolve issues and / or manage conflict Capability to effectively use time management A valid Driver's License Valid car insurance Reliable transportation Management experience Experience coaching, mentoring, and training others Paid holidays / vacation 401k, after 1 year. Position Summary
Under the direction of the Operations Manager, Area Managers will serve as the point of contact and provide direction to personnel. Area Manager needed in the Grand Rapids.
- Evening position 3 : 30PM-12 : 30AM Monday-Friday with on-call rotation on weekends.
