Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain scalable operational business solutions focused on process centralization and automation
Support the development and implementation of systems to monitor compliance with local permit requirements
Contribute to cross-functional workflows to ensure regulatory commitments are consistently met
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in tech-enabled operations with a focus on automating complex business processes
Proficiency in SQL and expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Scripts, Python)
Experience developing automated monitoring systems and scalable reporting tools
Experience building and documenting SOPs, escalation workflows, and operational playbooks
Highly organized with a proactive approach to identifying risks
