NOW HIRING ASSEMBLERS (1st Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assembler to join our team, focusing on assembling CAT radiators and sub-assemblies. This role involves using small hand tools and hydraulic machines to seal parts together, ensuring high-quality products for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assemble CAT radiators and sub-assemblies using small hand tools and hydraulic machines.
• Utilize basic hand tools such as air rivet guns and battery-powered drills.
• Pull parts according to Work Instructions and stock material.
• Stock workstations with all necessary hardware.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, lift, and reach to prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Inspect completed assemblies and place them on customer-designated shipping racks.
• Operate an overhead crane.
• Complete daily inspections of workstation fixtures.
• Lift 50+ lbs. of force occasionally and 10-15 lbs. of force frequently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00 / hr.
