Basic Job Functions :

Implements the Environmental Health and Safety program ensuring compliance with EH&S and applicable regulatory standards.

Experience :

  • 5 years experience in the Environmental, Safety or Industrial Hygiene fields required.

Education :

  • 4-year degree in an EHS related field preferred, other degrees considered with direct EHS work experience.

    • Required Skills :

  • Proven EH&S skills in a industrial setting.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of internal quality audit procedures (ISO and OHSAS).
  • Proven communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge of EH&S regulations, standards and procedures.
  • Familiarity with industrial hygiene fundamentals including air sampling and HEPA systems.
  • EH&S project management skills.

    • Essential Functions & Responsibilities :

  • Implement EH&S management programs in accordance with regulations and standards.
  • Provide support to prevent incidents impacting EH&S.
  • Develop and oversee EH&S programs for regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain EH&S control procedures and records.
  • Oversee EH&S related training.
  • Define and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Lead training for new personnel on safety programs.
  • Support EH&S integration into engineering design.

    • Additional Details :

  • Salary Range : $61,000 - $87,000.
  • Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 27 pounds, and wearing PPE.
  • All candidates must pass background checks and drug screens.
