Position Summary
Responsible for creating, executing, and refining financial analyses, processes, accounting, reporting, reimbursement, and other finance-related activities.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Serve as a finance business partner to executive leadership.
- Oversee complex financial functions supporting multiple business units.
- Support business planning, budgeting, financial reporting, decision support, and regulatory filings.
- Provide accurate and timely data for strategic decision-making and compliance.
- Ensure accurate financial accounting and reporting.
- Manage projects and provide resources and expertise for timely completion.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance per policies and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
Strategic and Financial Planning
Develop financial reports for business development and strategic review.Maintain reporting on financial performance and KPIs.Create reports to analyze trends and market forces.Develop models for regulatory and market changes.Assist in long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Produce forecasts and analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities.Build relationships across the organization and industry.Provide strategic guidance on business decisions.Stay current on industry trends and best practices.Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.Support initiatives for better planning and strategic development.Collaborate on financial modeling and valuation of new services.Accounting
Maintain accounting entries and adhere to GAAP.Manage accounting systems and upgrades.Develop relationships for information gathering.Oversee and review accounting staff work.Prepare regulatory filings and internal controls.Manage records retention and external audits.Reimbursement
Ensure compliance with regulations and oversee reimbursement processes.Prepare and file cost reports.Coordinate data collection for audits and reports.Maintain knowledge of systems supporting reimbursement.Labor & Productivity Management
Manage core processes and tools for labor management.Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reports.Maintain productivity standards and targets.Work with leaders on staffing and demand planning.Implement best practices and support organizational change.Provide training and coaching on labor management.Qualifications
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.CPA or equivalent certification may substitute for education requirement.At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related fields.Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases.Additional Details
