Accounts Payable Processor

This position is primarily responsible for the processing and review of Accounts Payable invoices and payments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Process invoices into Oracle Software system for multiple companies
  • Validate invoices in OCR software for import into Softco
  • Review invoices in Softco and assign to appropriate location for approval
  • Review and research issues with invoice 3-way match in Softco and Oracle
  • Research vendor inquiries
  • Assist with vendor statement review
  • Provide a high level of customer service with both vendors and other departments within the company
  • Assist with process improvements

  • Flexibility with changing processes, timelines, and job duties

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Education : High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two or four-year degree in Accounting preferred.
  • Experience : Minimum 2 years' Accounts Payable experience
  • Systems : MS Excel, Google Suite, OCR Software, Softco, and Oracle

  • Managerial Requirements : N / A
  • Physical Requirements : Office position requiring telephone and computer use.
  • Travel Requirements : May be required to travel between local Cambria locations

    • Cambria's starting hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00. Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and / or training.
