Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2,040 - $2,310

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Current and active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry RN experience

BLS (AHA) certification – active

ACLS (AHA) certification – active

NIHSS certification – active

Ability to start on 8 / 19 / 2025

Submission of work history and a current skills checklist relevant to Med / Surg Telemetry nursing

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to patients on the Med / Surg Telemetry unit

Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions as prescribed

Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and post-discharge instructions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies
