Align with cross-functional teams to ensure enablement priorities support revenue objectives

Lead a high-performing enablement team, overseeing training and program delivery

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related GTM leadership roles

Strong understanding of the sales process with prior sales experience

Proven ability to build and lead enablement programs in high-growth environments

Experience with Enablement tools such as Gong, Highspot, and Sana

Familiarity with generative AI tools and technologies
