About The Position

Position Description : We are hiring a full-time Neonatologist to join a team of 4 covering a Level III NICU and Newborn Nursery. The schedule includes 24 / 7 in-house coverage and daytime rounding. This collaborative role includes opportunities for quality improvement and clinical research. No locums candidates accepted.

Provide expert care in a  Level III NICU and newborn nursery

Work in a  collaborative model  with pediatric hospitalists

Handle  24 / 7 in-house NICU coverage and daytime nursery rounding

Attend high-risk deliveries and provide family-centered neonatal care

Participate in  clinical quality improvement (CQI)  and research projects

Be part of a national network of more than 400 NICUs under the umbrella

Job Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine (within 5 years of training)
  • Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Fellowship prior to start
  • Wisconsin medical license (or willingness to obtain)
