Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist proficient in setting up and operating CNC equipment using Fanuc controls. The ideal candidate will follow detailed work instructions to maintain specifications and ensure high-quality production. This includes observing various operations such as milling, turning, drilling, tapping, grooving, and cutting, taking precise measurements, and troubleshooting processes when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment utilizing Fanuc controls.
• Follow work instructions to maintain specifications by observing and adjusting operations.
• Take accurate measurements and detect malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot processes and adjust or reprogram controls as needed.
• Sharpen and replace worn tools, adhering to quality assurance procedures.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts for accuracy.
• Use micrometers, calipers, OD’s, tool pre- setting / comparators, and dial bore gauges effectively.
• Make proper tooling offsets in the machine tool, along with setting appropriate speeds and feeds.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00 / hr.
