What We’re Looking For :

We value enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn. While prior experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with 1+ year of professional experience who are eager to grow in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and development of electrical systems for solar and battery storage projects
• Conducting feasibility studies, power system modeling, and electrical calculations
• Creating and reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Ensuring designs comply with NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NERC standards
• (If licensed) Stamping engineering drawings
• Supporting construction, commissioning, and site visits
• Staying current on renewable energy technologies
• Contributing technical expertise to business development and proposals
