Location :   Gurwin Nursing and Rehab & Island Nursing and Rehab - Commack & Holtsville, NY

Setting :   Skilled Nursing Faclity and Adult Day Program

Schedule :   Full time, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week; 4 days at Gurwin and either Saturday's or Sunday's at Island

Salary :   $72k - $76k
