Responsibilities

Basic Function Maintain accounts receivables, calculate payroll, and provide direct customer service.

Accounts Receivable

• Maintain accounts.
• Log and post monthly parker payments.
• Prepare and make daily bank deposits.
• Coordinate and collect overdue / outstanding accounts.
• Support Facility Manager by resolving A / R issues and investigating areas of concern.
• Assist in preparation of monthly client statements.
