As our Sanitation Supervisor , you’ll be the hands-on leader making sure our plant and equipment are spotless, safe, and always ready for action. You’ll be part coach, part problem-solver, and part food-safety hero—keeping standards high while guiding your team to success.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Lead the Clean Team – Guide, train, and inspire your sanitation crew to master the 8 Steps of Sanitation.
• Safety First – Be the champion of chemical safety and proper handling practices.
• Set the Standard – Ensure all equipment is cleaned, sanitized, and prepped for QA Pre-Op inspection like a pro.
• Crush the Goals – Hit targets for efficiency, chemical usage, labor productivity, and First Time Quality.
• Innovate for Better – Look for new, smarter ways to keep our facility clean while maintaining top-notch standards.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with Maintenance, Production, and QA to design improvements and keep the plant audit-ready.
• Coach for Growth – Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and build a strong, motivated team.
