As a Treatment Coordinator at Camp Smile Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, you'll be at the heart of our patient-centered culture, guiding new patients through their orthodontic journey with empathy, clarity, and confidence. Your talent for building meaningful relationships and inspiring trust will be key as you help patients navigate complex treatment options. This position will float between our Plymouth, Maple Grove, and Excelsior offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Dental / Orthodontic records including Itero Scans and Orthodontic Photographs
  • Verifying insurance benefits
  • Working closely with the orthodontist to develop treatment plans.
  • Discussing financials with parents / patients
  • Coordinating appointments
  • Providing excellent customer service while having fun with our patients
  • Ability to self-manage in an ever changing fast paced environment.
  • Being highly motivated to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
