Position : Full Time Member Service Representative Lead

Location : West Salem Office (40 hours / week)

As the Member Service Representative Lead, you'll be at the heart of our West Salem branch operation. As the lead some of your responsibilities will be :

• Mentor and support Member Service Representative-provide guidance, coaching, and training.
• Serve as a go-to resource for addressing complex or escalated member issues with professionalism and care.
• Handle opening accounts, processing transactions, and recommending credit union products and services in a manner consistent with our policies.
