Maintenance Engineer - Steam Turbine

A Snapshot of Your Day

We manufacture and repair gas turbines, steam turbines and generators for the power generation market. We don t want the lights to go out on anyone! Because of how meaningful our work is, our facility operates 24 / 7, 365 days a year. This candidate will work with the maintenance supervisors to support the troubleshooting and repairs of our CNC machines, balance spin facilities and manufacturing process equipment. As an individual contributor, the candidate will also be responsible for projects that will require some level of coordination and systems integration to work with outside vendors. Every day the candidate will have to communicate turnover responsibilities and collaborate on resolutions to the department, managers and internal customers daily. The candidate who possesses high energy, outstanding communication skills, takes initiative, and is proactive will be successful in this role!

How Youind Make an Impact

• Troubleshoot a variety of machinery and manufacturing equipment in the Steam Turbine Product Line. Lead project teams, enhancing equipment capabilities through assigned projects.
• Evaluate maintenance spend to determine the most cost-effective approach

—repair, replacement, or upgrade—and provide strategic recommendations based on equipment condition, lifecycle cost, and operational impact.

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
