Overview

We are professional, fast-paced, supportive and our goal is to provide back-end services for dental offices. We specialize in Accounts Payable, Dental Reports, Human Resource Needs, and Payroll. Knowledge of QuickBooks experiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for dental offices.
  • Work closely with dental offices with Human Resource needs.
  • Deal directly with vendors.
  • Create Monthly Reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental offices and dentist.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with dental offices, staff, and dentist.
