Duties & Expectations Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR) required Hourly rounding and AIDET communication model mandatory Charting : EPIC Equipment Used : Alaris pumps Pyxis med station ?? Credentials Required Required : BLS (AHA) NRP MI RN license (Michigan) 2+ years recent NICU RN experience Preferred : STABLE PALS ?? Skills & Experience Experience in Level III NICU Oxygen therapy Nitric oxide CPAP Chest tube care Intubated / vented neonates Micropreemie care ??
