You’ll assess and manage ventilator-dependent patients, perform airway management, and deliver respiratory treatments with precision and compassion. Your work will focus on improving patient outcomes while supporting caregivers and the interdisciplinary team through education and collaboration. Requirements : Active RRT license (VA or compact state) BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required Minimum 1 year of recent pediatric or LTAC experience EPIC charting experience Strong knowledge of ventilator management and airway care Preferred Skills : Experience with tracheostomy care, suctioning, and ventilator weaning Familiarity with high-flow nasal cannula, cough assist, and CPT devices Background in pediatric rehabilitation or long-term care Why Olaro?
