Senior Manager, Value Stream Management

Collins Aerospace, one of the world's largest suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and defense products is looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Value Stream Management.

This individual will serve as a Sr. Value Stream Manager for emerging programs and other Autonomy programs within the Proprietary Programs Autonomy Solutions portfolio in the Mission Systems strategic business unit.

This Onsite position can be located in Fort Wayne, IN, McKinney, TX, Cedar Rapids, IA or El Segundo, CA.

What You Will Do :

• Program Manager of one or more advanced Autonomy Programs
• Lead future autonomy captures and programs for growth
• Successfully execute contracted autonomy programs
• Develop strategy and Long Range Plan for assigned autonomy related programs
• Coordinate across other autonomy programs and opportunities to cultivate cross business unit pursuit opportunities

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
