Job Overview :

Ballad Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical-Surgical unit (Unit 2000) to provide high-quality patient care across adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatric populations. This role involves rotating weekends and floating as needed.

The unit includes :

Patient Ratio : 1 : 7 (Days / Nights / Weekends)

Daily Census : 34 beds

Electronic Charting Systems : Epic

Required Qualifications :

100 miles from hospital service area

BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required( NIHSS – will be provide for candidates willing to obtain it. )

IV therapy / phlebotomy, central line care, blood product administration
