Job Title : IPA Coordinator
Department : Marketing Ops – Alpha Care
What You'll Do
- Help support inquires received from the Provider Relations Team Research claims, eligibility, and compliance items raised by physician practices
- Ability to handle provider concerns in an empathetic, effective, and timely manner
- Assistance in handling provider status change requests, including terminations, adding of providers, address change, telephone change, etc.; Ensure the accuracy of all assignments related to provider changes and complete all requests in a timely manner
- Assist Manager to draft provider documents including formal letters, faxes, certified mail, and drafting of these documents as assigned
- Act as liaison between internal departments and external entities to effectively communicate and follow-up in a timely manner to resolve provider inquiries and requests
- Review providers’ add, termination, and demographic update requests
- Identify providers’ data error and coordinate with responsible parties to correct
- Accurately log all providers’ requests and be able to provide monthly summary to Manager
- Responsible to maintain and update provider manuals annually
- Perform other duties as necessary or assigned by the Manager / Director
Qualifications
High school diploma and Associate degree or equivalent from two-year collegeExcellent oral and writing skills characterized by the ability to communicate effectively with varying audiencesMust be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environmentProven PC skills – Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPointHighly motivated and able to work with multiple teams simultaneouslyHealthcare, customer service, or administrative assistant experienceYou're great for this role if

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in office and at home on a weekly basis. The position is located at 3975 Jackson Street, Ste 301, Riverside, CA 92503.The total compensation target pay range for this role is : $28.00 - $31.00.
