Halcyon is looking for a strategic, technically fluent Partner Success Manager (PSM) to drive success across our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners. In this role, you'll own the post-sale partner experience ensuring our partners are fully enabled to deploy, operationalize, and deliver value with Halcyon to their end customers.

You'll act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships that translate into long-term success, retention, and growth. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-impact team shaping how Halcyon engages and scales within the global MSSP ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the Partner Lifecycle : Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for a portfolio of MSSP partners - from onboarding and activation through ongoing enablement, adoption, and advocacy.
• Drive Deployment & Adoption : Lead technical onboarding and hands-on training to ensure partner teams are fully equipped to deploy and manage Halcyon effectively.
• Deliver Measurable Value : Track partner engagement and product utilization, identify opportunities for growth, and drive continuous improvement across partner programs.
• Collaborate for Success : Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to deliver a unified partner experience and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Build Scalable Resources : Contribute to the creation of partner playbooks, enablement content, and QBR frameworks to drive consistency and scale across the partner base.
• Support GTM Alignment : Collaborate with Channel and Sales teams on co-selling strategies and partner-led customer expansion opportunities.

Base Salary Range : $120,000 - $135,000

In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and equity in the Company.
