Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the company's accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions

Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to ensure accuracy and compliance

Collaborate with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering growth and efficiency within the department

Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit preparation

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial reporting and operational performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
