Lead Apartment Maintenance - Crosby Area

LEAD MAINTENANCE (HVAC certified), Lead (HVAC cert.) maintenance CPO certifications are also required for pool maintenance. This is a small community in Crosby - must have apartment industry maintenance experience!

Job Overview :

Responsible for carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as well as make-ready process in a manner consistent with the property’s operational objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Perform general maintenance tasks on the property including :

Sheetrock installation and repairs.

Major appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, washers, and dryers, etc.
