The Wardrobe Attendant is responsible for maintaining employee uniforms, including tasks such as fitting, distributing, repairing, and tracking garments to ensure all staff are professionally dressed. This role involves operating sewing machines, using the Uniform Manager Software, performing minor alterations, managing uniform inventory, and handling both shoe orders and external laundry services. The attendant is expected to provide excellent internal customer service, explain wardrobe policies clearly, and solve uniform-related issues creatively—especially when resources are limited. Accuracy, neat sewing, and proactive repair work are essential to reduce repeated visits by employees.

This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure, including weekends and holidays. Attendants must demonstrate professionalism, patience, teamwork, and a positive attitude while maintaining confidential information and fostering respectful workplace relationships. While a high school diploma and sewing experience are preferred, there are no licensing requirements. Physical demands include repetitive hand use, lifting, and standing, while mental demands involve organization, planning, and decision-making. Proficiency in basic computer programs and office equipment is necessary, along with the ability to learn and use various wardrobe-related tools and software.
