RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

Work night shifts in the Emergency Department

Minimum 2 years emergency room experience required

Travel experience required

Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, STABLE

Provide care to Emergency Room patients utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies

Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care

Exercise leadership in anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care

Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education

Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience

Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care

Hold shift accountability for emergency department operations
