Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee field operations and project support staff on a variety of outside construction projects. This role plays a key part in managing projects from concept through closeout, with responsibilities ranging from estimating and procurement to scheduling, safety, and team leadership.

Responsibilities :
- Direct and coordinate construction activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and aligned with project specifications.
- Act as the main point of contact with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
- Build strong relationships with craft labor, field supervisors, and stakeholders to promote collaboration.
- Plan and manage personnel assignments across all phases of the project.
- Ensure accurate and timely project documentation, reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Enforce safety standards and practices, maintaining compliance with OSHA and company policies.
- Support estimating efforts, including take-offs, bids, and specialized project scopes.
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and invoicing to maintain financial performance and risk control.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, encouraging growth and accountability.
