Overview Our client is looking to bring on a talented mid to upper-level Marketing and Retail Designer to join the team internally, replacing the need for outside agency support. This role focuses on creative marketing and retail design with production and packaging skills considered a valuable secondary asset. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, quick-thinking, and able to confidently present ideas to business owners and stakeholders.

This position requires someone with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, especially in retail environments. Experience with photoshoots is important, as you will be involved in shoots held regularly in Eden Prairie. Packaging design experience is a plus but not a primary focus.

Key Responsibilities Develop innovative marketing and retail design concepts that align with brand standards and business goals.

Collaborate closely with creative teams, project managers, marketing strategists, and other departments to deliver cohesive visual solutions across multiple channels.

Lead presentations and confidently back up design decisions in front of business stakeholders.

Participate in photoshoots by coordinating creative assets and supporting visual execution as needed.

Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality design output in a fast-paced environment.

Support packaging design projects occasionally, contributing ideas and visual assets as required.

Be adaptable and proactive in responding to evolving priorities and timelines.

What We’re Looking For Mid-level to senior designer with at least 5 years of experience in retail marketing or related fields

Strong ability to generate quick, impactful ideas and execute them effectively.

Excellent communication skills with confidence presenting ideas to diverse audiences including business owners.

Experience working on photoshoots, preferably within retail or lifestyle brands.

A positive attitude, highly motivated, and able to work collaboratively under pressure.

Production skills are a bonus but not the primary focus for this role.

Adept at balancing creativity with strategic business needs and brand consistency.
