Starting Pay Rate : $30.70 - $36.70 / hour (Shift differentials available)

Job Duties :
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans.
- Oversee the care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and medical staff.
