• Schedule and confirm medical equipment delivery / setup appointments
• Coordinate with physicians and referral sources to ensure complete documentation
• Verify patient info and insurance
• Maintain accurate scheduling records
• Communicate with warehouse and delivery staff to manage availability
• Handle high call volume professionally
• Ensure HIPAA compliance
