Join a small, community-focused credit union where you can make a real difference! We're hiring a Collector to handle outbound communication with members who are 15-30 days delinquent on loans. You'll reach out via phone, text, letter, and email-documenting all interactions, following up on payment agreements, and managing repossessions or vehicle sales when needed.

What You'll Do :

• Communicate with members to resolve past-due accounts (15-30 days delinquent)
• Handle outbound calls, texts, emails, and letters
• Document all activity accurately in the system
• Work with payment arrangements and follow-up commitments
• Manage repossessions and coordinate vehicle sales when necessary
