Direct Support Professional (DSP) – $1,000 Hiring Bonus Location :

  • Portland, OR Schedule : Full-Time; Tuesday / Wednesday / Saturday 4-10p & Thursday / Friday 2-10p Build a career where every shift makes a difference.

What You’ll Do as a DSP :

  • Build person-centered relationships that promote independence, dignity, and joy.
  • Assist with daily living skills such as cooking, budgeting, and personal care.
  • Support individuals in enjoying community activities, recreation, and personal goals.
  • Encourage skill development and social connections.
  • Follow individualized support plans and behavioral strategies (training provided).
  • Administer medications safely and maintain accurate records.
  • Help ensure the home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience as a DSP, caregiver, personal support worker, or in human services is a plus—but no experience is required !
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be approved as a company driver.
  • Pass a national background check.
  • Strong communication skills, compassion, and patience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with mobility support.
