The Young Team is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused Client Care Coordinator to join our Operations team. This pivotal role ensures a seamless buying and selling experience for both clients and agents, managing the sale process from accepted offer, through home inspections and loan approval, all the way through to key handover.

Compensation :
- $45,000 - $50,000 yearly salary
- Option for health benefits and 401(k)
- PTO
- Hybrid schedule post 90-day introductory period

Responsibilities :
Assist in coordinating and managing all aspects and expectations of the home buying and selling processes, from providing contract documents to 3rd parties, coordinating inspections, walk-throughs, and appraisals, reviewing ALTA statements, and delivering keysManage communication between clients, agents, vendors, and co-brokers to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are alignedOversee point of sale requirements (including septic / well inspections as needed)Daily pipeline management and maintaining up-to-date spreadsheetsFollow up with clients weekly to provide updates and ensure a high-touch experienceEnsure all documentation is properly e-filed and compliant with our brokerage and MLS requirementsQualifications :
Strong written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentComfortable working with various personalities and managing client expectationsSystems-oriented with a love for process and efficiencyPassionate about helping others and providing a seamless client experiencePositive attitude with a proactive and self-starting approachPrevious experience in real estate or transaction coordination is preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferredFamiliarity with MLS systems, CRM platforms, and digital productivity tools is a plusAbout Company
