The Summer 2026 Preconstruction Internship at Coalition Glass gives you the opportunity to learn the front-end of construction-from analyzing bid documents to preparing cost estimates-while contributing to real, high-profile projects.

You'll gain hands-on experience with estimating, vendor coordination, and project analysis that will set you up for a strong career in construction management, estimating, or engineering.

Coalition Glass, a DBA of Enclos, is a complementary offering to Enclos that specializes in mid-size façade projects, including both pre-engineered and custom unitized curtainwall systems. Operating primarily in the western U.S., Coalition Glass has delivered projects across the region, with plans to expand further as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do

• Understand the Scope : Review project bid documents to analyze scope, schedule, and requirements, then communicate findings to the bid team.
• Estimate Like a Pro : Complete quantity surveys and prepare detailed cost estimates for specific project scopes.
• Work with Vendors : Prepare and send RFQs, review vendor quotations for accuracy and compliance, and manage updates to vendors on plans, specs, and addenda.
• Communicate Clearly : Develop scope drawings to clearly present project requirements to clients and vendors.
• Support Operations : Assist with post-award takeoffs, buyouts, and addenda pricing as needed.
• Grow Your Skills : Learn best practices, stay current with technology, and actively contribute to sales goals and deadlines.
• Be a Team Player : Share knowledge, support your team, and take on additional assignments to broaden your learning experience.
