The State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) is seeking a Custodian 2 (Focus : Exterior) to join the Building Service team.

Compensation : $17.04 to $19.17 / hr.

Work Schedule : 6 : 30am through 3 : 00pm Monday through Friday.

General Summary : Under the direction of a supervisor, Maintenance and Custodial Services, perform general cleaning and maintenance of State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio (STRS Ohio) building exterior and as needed, the building interior, parking facilities and Discovery Park.

Summary of Responsibilities :

• Clean sidewalks, ponds and planted areas daily. Maintain and weed outdoor planters and beds as needed between contracted service intervals.
• Remove snow and other debris from sidewalks and garage ramps.
• Empty garage and Discovery Park trash cans daily.
• Vacuum, mop and clean garage elevator lobbies.
