Carolina Free Baptist Church (Carolina, RI) – Pastor

The Big Picture

Carolina Free Baptist Church (https : / / www.facebook.com / p / Carolina -Free-Baptist-Church-100064629435152 / ) is a small town, Baptist church in Carolina, Rhode Island seeking a part time or full time pastor to lead a congregation of about 25 regular attendees.

Requirements

Responsibilities include :

  • Expository, gospel-centered preaching on Sunday mornings
  • Leading Wednesday night Bible study / prayer time
  • Teaching adult or children's Sunday School as needed
  • Hospital visitations, counseling, administering weddings and funerals

Requirements :

  • Candidate should meet the requirements set forth in 1 Timothy 3 : 1-7
  • Prior experience as pastor or associate pastor preferred
  • Theological degree from advanced institution preferred
  • Ability to provide own housing and health insurance
  • Background check required

    • Benefits

    Compensation :

    $30,000 to $50,000 per year commensurate with hours available, education and prior experience.
