The primary responsibilities include :

  • Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships.
  • Overseeing team performance and activities.
  • Training new team members on operational systems.
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM for daily reporting of field activities.
  • Focusing daily on client relationship management, training, and leadership growth.
