National Interstate is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join their team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield, Ohio office.

Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities

• Provides support to end users for either PC, server, or mainframe applications and hardware :
• Responds to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for technical support.
• Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties.
• Interacts with network services, software systems engineering, and / or applications development to restore service and / or identify and correct core problems.
• Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
