Brake Press Operator – 1st and 2nd shift (Temp-to-Hire)

QuickPro Staffing is now hiring for a Temp-to-Hire Brake Press Operator position at a growing and well-respected metal fabrication company located in Cleves, OH. Job Details :

1st shift : Monday – Thursday, 5am – 3pm OR 7am -5pm

2nd shift : Monday - Thursday 3pm-1am

Location : Cleves, OH

Type : Temp-to-Hire

Overtime : May be required or available depending on production needs

What You’ll Be Doing :

Operating brake press equipment to bend, notch, punch, and straighten metal

Verifying part quality (dimensions, angles, material, orientation, etc.)

Using a PEM setter to insert hardware into parts

Performing other machining tasks like drilling, milling, or turning

Adjusting machine settings, back-gauge dimensions, and tooling

Performing preventive maintenance as needed

Measuring and inspecting parts to ensure accuracy and quality

Communicating with team members and maintaining a clean, organized work area

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

2+ years of brake press experience strongly preferred - also experience with Trumpf Equipment is a big plus

Comfortable using hand tools like calipers, protractors, and tape measures

Able to read blueprints and machine drawings

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality parts

Positive, self-motivated, and dependable
