This is a remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development and product management, with expertise in various methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet market needs and align with our strategic goals.

Duties

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product vision and roadmap.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product specifications.
  • Utilize project management software such as Jira and TFS to track progress and manage project timelines effectively.
  • Develop wireframes using tools like Balsamiq to visualize product features and user interfaces.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate product functionality against requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new features.
  • Manage APIs integration for seamless connectivity with other platforms and services.
  • Provide leadership in Agile ceremonies, ensuring that teams adhere to best practices in software development methodologies including SAFe.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AWS, SQL, Java, HTML, Git, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and analytics tools like Looker.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, databases, SDLC, and IT governance principles.
  • Experience with mobile applications development and the Internet of Things (IoT).
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability in project management with a focus on B2B sales environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
