LANDSCAPE DESIGNER / PROJECT MANAGER - Luxury Residential Design

Overview

We are a leader in the design industry seeking a qualified Landscape Designer / Architect / Project Manager to join our growing team. This is a permanent position offering opportunities to work on a variety of projects, from urban parks and residential gardens to commercial landscapes and public spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and manage landscape architecture projects from conception to completion, ensuring client expectations are met while adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to integrate landscape designs into overall project plans.
• Develop detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD software and other design tools.
• Conduct site analyses, including surveying, soil testing, and environmental impact assessments.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve issues that arise.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national regulations and environmental best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in landscape architecture and project management.
