Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience. 5+ years in engineering with hands-on experience across leaks, locks, and electrical systems. Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach a team and hold people accountable with integrity. Budget & P&L experience, including understanding R&M and labor costs. Knowledge of safety codes. Tech-savvy mindset (CMMS, Workday, and related systems). Flexible availability including nights, weekends, or holidays. Overview
Hotel : Norman Embassy Suites, 2501 Conference Dr, Norman, OK 73069. Employment type : Full time. Compensation range : $70,000-$80,000 annually. Compensation is determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

Job Description
Join us at the Norman Embassy Suites, a 283-suite, full-service hotel featuring 60,000 sq. ft. of event space, located a short drive from downtown Oklahoma City. We are seeking a skilled Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team. If you are a hands-on problem solver with leadership, innovation, and hospitality passion, we would like to meet you.
