Favored Live | Hybrid (Los Angeles or New York) | Full-Time

Favored Live is a leading social video commerce company driving massive awareness and sales on TikTok Shop through our creator affiliate programs and livestream shopping for brands ranging from global enterprise to founder-led startups.

We are looking for a Video Creative Strategist who can guide creators to make irresistible, high-converting Shoppable videos for TikTok Shop at scale as well as for other social media platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Live at the cutting edge of video trends, hooks, formats, graphics, and editing styles that are most relevant to our varied brand clients.
  • Develop highly effective creative strategies for TikTok Shop short-form video that drives engagement and conversion (and can be repurposed on other platforms).
  • Build briefs, scripts, and creative direction for and easily understood by UGC creators producing content for our clients.
  • Guide top tier UGC creators in 1 : 1 sessions.
  • Continually and obsessively analyze performance data to improve and optimize video content guidance for future videos.
  • Explore, select the best of, and master the growing offering of AI tools that can enhance scale, lower cost and improve video.
  • Act as an expert video liaison between clients, creators and Favored’s Creator Affiliate, Livestream Shopping, Post Production, Brand Partnerships and Paid Media Teams

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in social video strategy, TikTok creative, or eCommerce content marketing.
  • A deep understanding of UGC-style storytelling and how to guide creators to film content that feels native but sells.
  • Aptitude for analyzing data (e.g. CTR, CVR, GMV, ROI) and how to translate the into actionable creative decisions.
  • A finger on the pulse of TikTok culture : sounds, pacing, editing trends, and creator behavior.
  • Experience working with or for brands in beauty, personal care, or fashion is a big plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you’ll be working across creative, strategy, and client teams daily.
