- Coordinates health services and treatment.\n
- Collaborates with professional and paraprofessional staff to ensure optimum patient care.\n
- Carries out therapeutic procedures which provide for the emotional and physical comfort of patients.\n
- Identifies patient health care needs utilizing professional nursing assessment skills.\n
- Makes comprehensive clinical observations and evaluations of health needs including subtle abnormalities and changes in condition.\n
- Records and reports indicative signs and symptoms of physical and mental condition.\n
- Prepares nursing care plans by assessing a patient's psychological and physical condition and conferring with other health care professionals.\n
