Job Summary :

We are hiring a dedicated Med-Surg RN to join a caring and professional team in Dyersville, IA . This is a 36-hour per week day shift position, ideal for an RN who thrives in a dynamic medical-surgical environment and is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide direct nursing care to med-surg patients

Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions

Administer medications and assist with treatments

Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members

Educate patients and families on care and recovery plans

Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR

Support patient admissions, discharges, and care transitions

Job Requirements

Requirements :

Active Iowa RN license or compact state license

1–2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience preferred

BLS certification required

Strong assessment, communication, and clinical skills

Ability to work day shifts, 36 hours per week (3x12s)
