1. Take complete ownership of the Trinity Church website, ensuring accurate presentation, seamless functionality, and timely updates that reflect church life and upcoming events.
Manage SEO / SEM performance across assigned content areas by recommending new pages, content refreshes, and metadata adjustments to drive growth.
Develop, manage, and optimize multi-channel paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and leading social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), including ad copywriting, keyword strategy, budget management, and bid optimization.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing ad assets and landing pages that drive engagement, conversions, and overall ROI.
Work closely with the Director of Marketing & Communications to align strategies, campaigns, and messaging with Trinity Church’s overall vision and goals.
Required Skills
2-5 years of SEO experience with technical and content-related responsibilities
Strong understanding of Google algorithms and ranking factors
Experience with GA4, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
Proven ability to manage content calendars and performance logs

Experience with Webflow
Experience with website design
Work Schedule : Either Saturday-Wednesday, or Tuesday-Saturday
